Voluntarism in companies

More and more market organisations discover, that urging their professionals to do volunteer work improves creativity and efficiency. This may be considered as a step of personality development, improves work ethics of the company. To give the possibility of doing volunteer work often needs preparation, organisation, creation of additional functions that require further financial resources. To find this resources, to mobilise potential resources serve the interest of the companies.
